Our Students
There is a strong sense of community and enthusiasm among the NUS Pharmacy students coming from Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Peoples' Republic of China, India, Iran and other parts of the world, besides the main cohort from the Singapore junior colleges. This is evident from many year-round activities and the Pharmaceutica (a magazine that has been published annually since 1966) organized by student members of the NUS Pharmaceutical Society for peers.
In the words of a past student, we provide "an education in which students are offered an unprecedented opportunity to develop, experiment, express and exchange their ideas and opinions. It is an environment for intellectual ferment and learning" (Lee WY, 1996/7).
